We collected 114 models of all-in-one printers chosen as the best multifunction devices by TechRadar, Tom’s Guide, PCMag, Digital Camera World, Pop Science, Wirecutter, The Balance, and The Forbes– primarily those websites that constantly run product testing. These are also the ones that have been doing all-in-one printer reviews for at least two years.
After some analysis, we found a small number of models were repeatedly picked as the best all-in-one printers in 2021 and 2022. The vast majority of the so-called best all-in-one printers were mentioned as the best only one or two times over the past two years.
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw was crowned as the best all-in-one printer seven times for two years in a row by our selected websites. Canon Pixma G7020 and Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5850 have been picked five times as the best all-in-one printers. Brother MFC-J5945DW has been chosen as best four times, and Brother MFC-L3770CDW three times.
